April 2025 Missions Update

Calvary greetings in Jesus' name. Happy New Month, and may this month of April 2025 bring you God's blessings beyond your desires and prayers in Jesus' name. Thank you so much for your partnership, particularly this year. God has been very gracious to us and helped us cover much ground despite the odds.

Conversion and Discipleship

Several persons surrendered their lives to Christ between January and March 2025 during our camp meetings, crusades, outreaches, and one-on-one evangelism. These new believers are from different religious backgrounds and are from virtually all mission fields. Discipleship remains the most critical aspect of our mandate, and all the converts are receiving attention. Some of our converts are discipled secretly because of the implication of exposing them very early to brutal persecution. We covet your prayers that Jesus might be formed in the new believers.

Indigenous Discipleship Camp meetings

In addition to the several discipleship efforts, the discovery bible study groups are thriving, and a significant part of the three camp meetings held was devoted to teaching the Indigenous believers how to grow the Disciple-Making Movement(DMM}. The IBC was held in three locations. The first was in Bum, which attracted over 300 indigenous believers from Bolu, Dir, Juga, Kobo, Sanga, etc. The second one was held in Samunaka, Niger State, and attracted over 400 persons from Kebbi and Niger State. We had Indigenous believers from Dukawa, Kamberi, Fulanis, and Bokko. The third IBC was held at Libantee in the Benin Republic. All the camp meetings were highly enriching.

30th African Missions Summit (AMS 2025)

30th African Missions Summit delegates in plenary session

On March 19-23, 2025, over 500 persons converged at the headquarters of Grace Foundation to pray and deliberate on the remaining harvest and the coming harvest. We had mission leaders from over 20 ministries/mission agencies and various mission fields and nations represented. We spent quality time worshiping God, had a parade of the nations, and seasoned missionaries, including Evangelist Sunday Oguche, Papa Joe Egwuda, Missionary Yemisi Madamori, and Rev. Paul Audu, brought the word of God. Also, Evangelist Elsie Govender from the United States of America and Evangelist Peter Ikechukwu from Brazil served as speakers.

Missions Training Updates

Batch 27 of the GF School of Cross-Cultural Missions

The Grace Foundation's School of Cross-Cultural Missions graduated her 27th batch of missionary trainees. Ten missionaries out of 17 successfully scaled through. The other seven needed to complete their clearance before participation in the graduation. We currently have another batch of 18 students undergoing training. We covet your prayers for God to process them properly so they can fit into increasingly rugged situations on the mission fields. Most of the new students could not pay their fees and required heavy financial support as most of them came from unreached people backgrounds whose local assemblies still did not have a proper understanding of supporting their missionaries.

Home of Grace (HOG) Updates

God has been very gracious to us despite the numerous challenges encountered in our ministry of

raising kids from unreached people backgrounds/missionary kids. Three of our kids are in their final year of High School. They are warming up for their final examination. Two of the teenagers in the university are giving us problems, forcing us to release them so we can concentrate on the younger ones. We continue to covet your prayers.

Staff Matters

On a very sad note, Rev. Yinka Laoye, a member of Grace Foundation's Board of Trustees, passed on to glory in March 2025. His death has left behind a vast vacuum that only God can fill. We covet your prayers.

 Jemimah Abah/Jeremiah Joseph and
Nehemiah Abah/Sharon Bajeh

Two of our children, Jemimah Abah/Jeremiah Joseph and Nehemiah Abah/Sharon Bajeh, are getting married on April 26, 2025, and May 3, 2025, respectively. Both weddings will hold at the headquarters of the Grace Foundation, and you are invited to come and share in their joy. Join us to pray for a successful wedding and home.

Seven new staff have formally joined the growing list of the Grace Foundation team after their mission training. They are posted to Zarazong in Plateau State, Kamberi in Niger State, Benin Republic, and Niger Republic. Please pray along with them for grace, wisdom, and fresh unction to cope. Pray that God will raise financial partners to help adopt the missionaries and pay their bills.

Conclusion

Once again, thank you so much for taking the time to read through and for your role in this ministry thus far. May God bless you constantly for all you do to advance God's kingdom. To move forward, we still need you to keep praying for us and to support us financially to help complete some projects and start new church buildings/missions houses. May God bless you.
