Heavy Rain Causes Setback on Nigeria Mission Field

A Kamberi Convert
The works at the various fields and tribal groups in Nigeria have also enjoyed God’s grace. Bulus Ilaya and Rabo Yakubu rekindled the fire at Dir field. Most of the converts that had started withdrawing from faith have begun to return.

Moustapha and Josephine have just finished the foundation work of the new three bedroom flat Mission house in Bolu field. Just after the foundation, God provided fund for 350 blocks which they are still struggling to move to the field because the vehicle conveying it broke down due to bad road.

Faith Musa was very sick last month but God intervened and brought her back to life.  Rahila Musa too came under severe attack and had to be referred to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital. We are grateful to God for restoring them back to good health. Please pray for Sunday Musa and Yohanna Musa for divine strength as they continue to lead the work on the Kamberi mission field.

Nuhu & Sabatu Karanbana have also helped moved the work in the Dukawa field forward. The church building they recently roofed is calling for plastering and flooring. Unless this is completed very fast, the rain will wash off the building to a very destructive level.

At the Zull field, the heavy have been causing set back. Ladi Ekpa reported that the rain constantly generate floods which makes it difficult to go out for evangelism and discipleship as usual this season.

Report from the Home of Grace (HOG) indicated that Ayuba Ajikovi was posted to Gombe State for NYSC. On completing his orientation camp, he was deployed to the boarder of Yobe State for his primary assignment. That is very scary in view of the havoc been wrecked by Boko Haram in that region. We are currently praying about seeking for reposting. Mary John and Racheal Yakubu have completed their School Certificate examination. Pray with us that they will come out with good result.
