Thank you so much for your partnership in last one month. Again your prayers generated encouraging results and it is good to share some of these results with you.
On Zull field, one of the villagers had psychiatric problem at midnight. The families were confused and sent for our missionaries on the field, Benjamin Itodo. He responded swiftly, visited the woman and prayed for her. God stepped in and healed her. She took the woman to his family house and monitored her for a while. The woman is fully alright now and has returned home. One of the neighbors who had consistently resisted the gospel was touched and gave her life to Christ. Some other persons have responded to the love of Christ afterward.
At our Furaka local base, 25 of our brethren were baptized in water after series of thorough discipleship work handled by Nathaniel Udalor and assisted by Ezekiel Ganagana. The session of discipleship and baptism were highly refreshing and it was apparent that their faiths were strengthened.
All kids at the Unreached Children Home (UCH) have resumed school. School fees of almost all of them have been paid. More than half of their books have been bought. New school uniforms were sown for all those that need new ones. Thank you for responding to our resent prayer appeal on that.
Your response helped us to trash the last outstanding need which was the resumption of Priscilla. She dropped out of school some years ago due to some adolescent challenges. Her mates are in final year in the university now. God, the father of the prodigal son is giving her a second chance through your support. She resumed at a private secondary school in Jos today.
At the foreign mission scene, God moved us a step forward by granting the visa of Godwin Ogwuche to further our Latin America Mission work. He was granted a 365days visa renewable every year. He is expected to take off on November 2, 2011 to resume at Ribeira-Preto, Sao Paulo State on November 4, 2011. He will be involved in crusades, evangelism, discipleship and missions mobilization under the leadership of our sister organisation, Douglas Martins Evangelistic Association.
From Chad, our missionary Samuel Benuodji reported that armed robbers broke into his residence and carted away many of his belongings including his sewing machine. We thank God that he was not harmed. Do kindly pray for him and help encourage him by supporting him to get a new one.
Our missionary at Kwala Gobirawa, Issa Maliki reported that he started a new work at Savian where God already blessed us with a convert by name, Issa Tukuwa.
Also as part of our ongoing partnership, the COCCN Church was there in Niger Republic and took time to teach the missionaries and the converts how to bake home bread. It was a great eye-opening. Liman Danwauya at Tibiri introduced sport evangelism as a means of establishing social inroad into the youths of the place for evangelism. The social contact is growing stronger.
Again, thank you so much for your consistent partnership.
God bless you richly.
