Our Kwalan-Gobirawa missionaries, Issa and Rahila Maliki reported that two more persons have surrendered their lives to Jesus at Kwalan-Gobirawa. One of them, Manga testified that since her conversion, her life has been completely transformed. Before her conversion, she was always full of fear and finds it difficult to sleep at night because of bad dreams like dog pursuing her. With prayers and constantly listening to the word of God, all these have become a thing of the past.
Manga has a history of persistent miscarriage. Pray that with her surrender to Jesus, that she will conceive, sustain the pregnancy and deliver a baby of her own. Her mother is showing interest in accepting Jesus into her life but is struggling with leaving the Bori cult because she gets income to sustain herself as a widow from the practice of the cult.
One of the converts who had backslidden, Issa Tukuoa has come back to the faith. Pray that he will not go back to Islam again and remember the three others who are scared of taking such decision even though they now know the truth.
Some of these people have serious needs which we desire to meet. Pray that God will provide the required fund so we can practically show this people the love of Christ.
