Interacts with: Clients / Collegues / Partners
Job Functions:
• Managing International Director's Office And Diary System
• Arranging Meetings
• Protocols/Making Travel Arrangements
• General Office Management, Including Minute Taking
• Handling All Administration Work For The ID
• Partnership Relation
• Performing Other Duties As Assigned

Location: Jos, Nigeria
Years Of experience: 2 years
Qualifications: BA or BSc. or its equivalence from a Reputable Institution. Missionary call and willingness to Undergo Missions Training
Software: Microsoft Office Packages / Word / Excel / Access / PowerPoint/Corel Draw
Equipment: Personal Computers
Knowledge of: Administration Practices And Procedures
Skills to: Run An Adminstrative Function Effeciently
Ability to: Relate and Communicate At All Levels and to Drive with a Driving Licence
