14 Converts Baptised @ the Foot of Zaranda Mountain

More harvests were recorded among the Zullawas last month as many more persons gave their lives to Christ. Also 14 out of those undergoing discipleship at Bum, the foot of the Zaranda mountain were baptised in water.

The children in particular are growing in the fear of the Lord as the missionaries continue to train them up using the free primary education as a platform. The field leader, Ladi Ekpa covets your prayers for sound health for all the missionaries and their family as they struggle to cope with the high volume of work in the mosquitoe infested field. The son of Tasha-Durumi missionaries , Mr & Mrs Benjamin Itodo sustained leg injury with fracture. They covet our prayers for the boy. His name is Manaseh.

Our missionaries in Bolu, Josephine and Moustapha Oumarou said some of our converts are building houses close to the mission house on the field, This according to them is helping greatly especially in breaking the parental tie that have limited their commitments to Christ over the years. At Furaka, Nathaniel Udalor and Ezekiel Ganagana continue to labour among the indigenous and settler community. They had open air crusade but the heavy downpour affected the turnout.

Pray for Sunday Musa, Yohanna & Rahila Musa, Barnabas and Fatima Harouna labouring among the Kamberis. The work is growing. The converts are increasing and they are gradually taking up some financial challenges on the field. They financed almost half of the recent Church building project completed at the Borgu-Samunaka. Nuhu Karanbana is also doing well with the Dukawa people. Most of the people that left the church last year have been restored.

Others: With the limited staff challenge, Monica continue to combine several roles – taking care of the kids at the Unreached Children Home as well as serving as trainer at the School of Cross-Cultural Missions along with her primary role of heading the Finance and Administration. She expresses desire for our UCH kids that have just completed their Junior Secondary School to change their school for better ones. Please pray along that God will provide funds. All the kids are doing well but we covet prayers for them.

The Missions Training program is meeting up its target despite the challenges of funding. The current set of students is warming up for their final field trip. Admission exercise for the next batch will soon commence. Pray for wisdom, grace and fresh anointing for Florence Aderemi as she continues to labour in coordinating the School of Cross-Cultural Missions.
Finally, thank you so much for your partnership. As the work grows, we need you the more. We actually need you more than ever. God bless you as we labour to bring back the King.
