PROGRESS REPORT ON FURAKA MISSIONS’ PROJECT

Happenings around us in Furaka calls for more prayers. Recently, we lost the village head and shortly after the daughter died. It was alleged that she must have been beating to death. We have not ceased to evangelise the people from house to house and to show them love in every area of their lives. Though no visible fruit is seen yet but we are hopeful that the harvest is at hand. A couple who recently joined us were faced with all kinds of persecution but our missionary, Godwin Ogwuche is quietly following him up at home and teaching him the basics of the gospel.

After evaluating the need of the children in the community, the Home-front Director, Lucy Abah has set up a primary school, Trinity Academy. The school has provided the much needed bridge to interact with the parent as well as reaching the children with the gospel.
